My story through loss and healing
Hi, I’m Caroline
I’m a registered counsellor and psychotherapist — but more than that, I’m someone who understands what it feels like to walk through grief.
After losing my mother suddenly to Covid in 2021, I experienced firsthand how disorienting and isolating loss can be. This personal experience reshaped my approach to therapy, allowing me to hold space with deeper empathy and authenticity.
Originally from Brazil and now based in Australia, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to gently support you through whatever life is bringing your way.
